Hi, my name is Maddie. I live on a homestead in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Afton, VA. I create nature-inspired jewelry, home decor, and clothing with real hand-picked and pressed botanicals from my home garden. I also love using Virginia wildflowers that I find in the meadow next to my tiny house, plants I find on adventures or flowers from a neighbor, friend or stranger. Each piece has a story, handmade with love and nature.

I started wildflowersVA to honor nature by preserving botanicals so their beauty will last a lifetime. WildflowersVA is a self started, female owned business. By combining my passion for art and nature, I hope to inspire others to connect to their wild and creative side. There is a story behind each piece that people can feel the power of the plants bring them back home to self. The best part is watching someone connect to one of my pieces through a memory or a feeling and instantly put it on and light up. I feel my passion for capturing the beauty of nature and preserving that beauty into wearable art is something I need to share. Worn to reconnect with our roots by letting our wild nature free and feeling our beauty shine inside and out.
